Processing Time

Orders are packed and processed as fast as possible. Please allow normal handling time before your order ships. During drops or busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

Shipping times will depend on the carrier and your location. All delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. They are not guaranteed.

Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery is out of our control. Delays can happen due to the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. These rates may change depending on your location, weight of your order, and the carrier used.

Any customs, taxes, duties or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you place your order. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the buyer will need to pay the shipping cost again for it to be re-sent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once we hand the parcel to the carrier, the parcel is in their hands. SL DOMAIN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Returns for Size Changes

For size swaps, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A new size will only be sent if it is in stock. Please email us first before sending anything back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away with photos and your order number. We will help resolve it.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the destination. Some countries may charge customs or import fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
